Your next placement starts here.

We require a minimum of one year's hands-on care experience in the UK. This is a non-negotiable standard — it's what allows us to make placements we can stand behind.

An Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service check is required for all candidates before placement. If yours has expired or you don't have one, we'll guide you through the renewal process.

We'll need to verify your right to work — a valid passport, visa, or share code. This is a legal requirement and applies to all candidates without exception.

Before you can be placed, we'll need to confirm you hold up-to-date certificates across the following:

• Fire Safety
• Food Hygiene (carers only)
• Medication Administration
• Health & Safety
• Life Support
• Equality & Diversity
• Information Governance
• Safeguarding Adults
• Safeguarding Children
• Mental Capacity Act
• Understanding Learning Disabilities

We require two professional references — at least one of which should be from a Social Care setting. References must be verifiable and from within the last three years.

For care assistants and support workers, we accept references from: 

• A care home manager or another equivalent-level healthcare employer.
• A band-5 nurse or higher. 
• A representative from an agency you’ve previously worked for in a healthcare role.

We can accept one reference from a non-healthcare employer, as long as your healthcare reference can confirm at least six months of UK-based care experience. 

For nurses, we accept references from:

• A care home manager or another equivalent-level healthcare employer.
• A band-6 nurse or higher.
• A representative from an agency you’ve previously worked for in a healthcare role.

Important: For both nurses and care assistants, one of your references must be from your most recent UK employer.

A utility bill, bank statement, or official letter dated within the last three months. Standard requirement — just confirms where you're based.
