We require a minimum of one year's hands-on care experience in the UK. This is a non-negotiable standard — it's what allows us to make placements we can stand behind.
An Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service check is required for all candidates before placement. If yours has expired or you don't have one, we'll guide you through the renewal process.
We'll need to verify your right to work — a valid passport, visa, or share code. This is a legal requirement and applies to all candidates without exception.
Before you can be placed, we'll need to confirm you hold up-to-date certificates across the following:
